About this Site Important Information about the Site and Community Events
Land Acknowledgement We would like to acknowledge and celebrate the fact that we are on Treaty 4 territory and the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of all local indigenous peoples and home of the Métis. The land continues to be shared by many diverse peoples from near and far. By acknowledging the land and the people who inhabited it first, we extend our gratitude and welcome all people to come together in the spirit of fellowship and good will.
Our Commitment to Safe Inclusive Spaces Our team is committed to ensuring a safe space and community; one without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or disability. Our community is one of inclusion and free from intolerance. We actively encourage our members to engage in promoting positive spaces and environments. We are committed to doing our part to end discrimination of any kind.
Photography / Videography Policy This is a Community Organization that runs public gaming events throughout the city of Regina. At our events, it is not uncommon for photographs/videos to be taken by patrons and by organizers for use in attracting new gamers to our site and events. In addition to this, on occasion, news media may be present to document and report on our events as well.
By attending our events, you are acknowledging that you are aware these activities are happening and are comfortable with this type of promotion. On a personal level, you always have the right to refuse being part of a photo or video taken by patrons, organizers, and news media. In cases where you are uncomfortable, politely ask to be excluded.
