Agricola is a worker placement game that I love and hate all at the same time.  You can NEVER do everything you want to do, and sometimes it's hard to make sure your family doesn't starve, but it's a well thought out and generally fun game by the legend Uwe Rosenberg.

Are there any experienced Root players here? We have the base game and Bryan has played the app version, but BGG recommends 4 players and I have no experience with asymmetric goals/factions. I'd greatly appreciate learning how to play in a live setting, as videos can only take you so far! Please let me know if you'd be open to being our guide either this night or some time in July.

I have only played Root once, and it was not a great first play. I would love to give it a try again. Hopefully someone will volunteer to teach and I can join in.
